Check here to see if you are registered in the County of San Diego to vote.
You can register to vote in California, if you are:
A U.S. Citizen
A California Resident
At least 18 years of age on or before the next election
Not in prison or on parole for a felony conviction
Not declared mentally incompetent by court action.
The deadline to register or re-register to vote for any election is the 15th calendar day before that election.

You can also pick up a paper voter registration application at your county elections office, library, Department of Motor Vehicles offices, or U.S. post office. It is important that your voter registration application be filled out completely and be postmarked or hand-delivered to your county elections office at least 15 days before the election.
