California Proposition 1, Right to Reproductive Freedom Amendment (2022), amends the California Constitution to make it illegal for the state to deny or interfere with the reproductive freedom of individuals in their most intimate decisions. This includes the fundamental right to have an abortion and the fundamental right to choose contraceptives.
