California NOW is excited to celebrate the 'Art of Gender Equity.'

As we align our actions with our mission state and dedicate ourselves to the delicate art of intersectionality, we are reminded, leading with the 'all' in mind is a craft.

On December 6, 2019, join us to honor those who have dedicated themselves to thinking and acting intersectionally.

Join us in celebrating the achievements of our Gender Equity Champions.

Together we can create programs and public policies that put human rights based intersectional gender equity at the center and places women of color, not just in the frame, but in decision making leadership positions. Together we can integrate and engage men and boys to join women and girls in dismantling racialized hetero-patriarchal gender norms and through the creation of strategic alliances that incorporate our collective knowledge, leadership and power we can dismantle all other forms of structural oppression.

To get there, we need to reach the people using every tool available, especially as we move forward to educate, fight and win the battle in creating a more just and equitable world.
